In such good company review

I was so happy to see this book available since I can tie so many memories from the show.
I use to watch this show with my Nanna and Mom and even though I know a lot of the backstory I ordered the book anyhow. I was so happy that I did.
I was laughing & reminiscing with each page. I showed the book to my mom(who I always try to get her to sit & read a book) and my aunt both of which immediately started telling stories of their favorite scenes.
Carol Burnett is timeless and having her open up the hidden or forgotten parts of her past was amazing.

Tried

I tried several times to get into this book but I just couldn't.   I can't really even pinpoint why, it just wasn't for me.
Though I have to say I found a few bright spots in the dark so I cannot rule out that I would not attempt to read it again someday in the future.

A book for every retail associate!

I could not stop laughing or connecting with this book.
When I ordered this book I did think that it was a full length book but it is actually a book of guided quotes that follow a story.
Besides the quotes the pictures are beautiful and vivid jumping off the page.
With every guided quote that hit home I easily thought of a situation that it could have been used.
I highly recommend this book to just have at home that you can flip through (takes only about a minute to read) after a long day or have at your desk after a long morning.

Updated Shakespeare

I should preference this by saying that I have not read The Merchant of Venice before reading this book so I went in with open eyes.
Though not a book I would normally read I did get pulled into the characters. I would recommend this book for all those Shakspear lovers out there who just want an old tale to twist a bit.

Review of gut splitting hilarity

I didn't get a chance to read her first one but if it's anything like this I'll be buying it very soon!
She takes a simple life of book and creates a whirlwind of emotions that make you laugh out loud at every turn of the page.
No matter who you are you can easily see yourself somewhere along the pages.
Highly recommended

Even though the book came in with the cover smashed (which drives me insane) I got over it as soon as I started reading.

A walk in the woods

This is one of those books that I actually watched the movie first & I have to say I don't mind the changes that were made.
This is not normally a book that I read but I found myself unable to put it down. I also have to say I found that hiking the AT may not be for me.

I would recommend this book even if you are not into hiking there are a lot of facts about the trail & environmental issues that you would find interesting!

5 in 5 for every season review

I don't watch the chew too often so I had to be told 5 in 5 was actually a segment on the show but I do love Michael Symon and the first thing I noticed was that it was relatively easy ingredients.
This book will be different for my reviewing. I am doing a general one now then each season I will update it so stay tuned!
