I waited to post my review of this book for the fact that the book is broken down to each chapter equals one week.
Hence 52 weeks in a year.
With that being said I did read further so that I could honestly review the book and just thought I would come back to the chapter to do the exercise on the week needed.
They are short little exercises that make you take the world you are in and wash away what you don't want.
Meditation is something you need to do and you have to want to do.
It's looking inside of you, truly taking the time to do it, and seeing what you don't want.
Everyone meditates in some way without realizing it .   That extra breath you take to calm yourself down so you don't scream or unleash at a situation is a part of meditation.
This book helps you focus on a different part each week from chapters that start with the Art of Meditation, to the Art of doing nothing, to everyday things of dealing with money, being a parent and finding your confidence and ending the year open to the possibilities that make you happy.
The world is sad enough at times and stress plays a deviststing role in it. Those around us tell us to just cut stress out like it's a loose string off of a shirt.
This book gives you the option to take even the littlest amount of time to right your world and feel happy about it.
I received this book free from blogging for books for a fair and honest review.
